Members (no moderating powers, except a select few): ShadowNinjaNick, Weegee

Judicial

The Supreme Court (votes for improtant changes and bans): President (Waluigi King), Magazine House Members (MKMadness, ShadowNinjaNick, Weegee ), and Supreme Judge (a little moderating powers... Lelouch)

This is the new goverments, i will put your specific powers up ASAP

Now for adding a rule to the list of rules, it needs to go through a process...

1.) The change wanted is written in clear form. (What rule is now and what you want to change, or what rule you want to add)
2.) Rule voted by Rules House (can change the new rule if needed, and Vice President is included)
3.) Rule voted by Magazine House (can change the new rule if needed)
---If the rule is changed in Rules and/or magazine, the leaders of both house's must compramise--- then re-voted for by rules house and magazine house (but cannot change the new rule)---
4.) Signed (or approved) by President... or vetoed/denied
---If vetoed, the Rules House and Magazine House can revote and must pass the new rule by a 2/3 (or 66%) majority---
5.) All members vote, new rule accepted if 3/4 (or 75%) of members accept

I know, complex, but will work very efficiently!

Sure, its different then other forums, but its not too complex. It sounds like it will work out quite well. It does sound a lot like the united states government.
